API Usage Agreement for API Aries

This API Usage Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the API Aries platform and API services.

1. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share your API keys with third parties.

You must implement proper security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your API keys.

You will notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your API keys.

2. Rate Limits and Fair Usage

You agree not to exceed your API rate limits or attempt to circumvent any restrictions.

We reserve the right to throttle or block excessive API requests that negatively impact our service.

3. Permitted Use

We collect analytics data about API usage patterns, errors, and performance metrics.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our API services:

  • If you violate this Agreement
  • If your usage presents a security risk to our services
  • If you fail to pay for your subscription
  • For any other reason at our sole discretion

6. Changes to this Agreement
